The apple cider vinegar in our Fire Cider is a great meat tenderizer and flavor infuser to kick your dinner up a notch!
Ingredients: For each pound of seafood, chicken, or tofu, use 1 cup Fire Cider, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (or Coconut Aminos), 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, and 1 tsp herbs of choice.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients together. Place meat or cubed tofu in a dish, pour the marinade over it, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge). Grill, bake, or pan-fry as usual.
