Fire Cider is a food item, so we are unable to accept returns on product once it has left the warehouse.  If your shipment is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged package and send that, along with your order information, to Info@ShireCityPhoenix.com

Please let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement shipment.
